Dust & Fine Particle Detail

The drywall and sanding dust that settles on everything

Free EstimateGreater Baton Rouge · Mon – Sat

Fine construction dust — from sanding drywall, cutting tile, grinding and sawing — doesn't stay where it's made. It settles on ledges and trim, inside cabinets and drawers, in light fixtures and vent covers, on window tracks and in the panels of doors, and it comes back every time the HVAC runs if it isn't removed properly. Dust detailing is the slow, careful pass that gets it all: loose dust vacuumed first, then every surface wiped with microfiber, vents and returns cleaned, and a final wipe-down so the dust is lifted and removed rather than just moved around.

Our Process

1

Inspect

We check where dust has settled — including the places nobody looks.

2

Vacuum First

Loose dust is vacuumed from surfaces, vents and corners before anything is wiped.

3

Wipe Everything

Every surface is wiped with microfiber, top to bottom, so dust is lifted — not spread.

4

Final Pass

A last wipe-down catches anything that resettled, leaving the space dust-free.
